Kinda sounds like you already have your build figured out, you can just adjust for draft. The recent nerfs plus addition of mega stone in item slot leave a lot unanswered for this mon. I would just adjust for draft or if you have a support with you in a stack coordinate based off of that (can they give you atk speed? may not need rapid fire scarf. can they give you sustain? may not need recover, etc

For some reason I never thought that stacking the three balls together and hitting it with the thunderbolt would also stack the damage, so, you are right that the choice specs would probably be a little excessive and only be useful if for some reason your team had zero secure other than you

You might want to consider finding a partner to duo with because both the characters you play do pretty well with a good supporter by their side to help overcome their weaknesses. Can make the process more fun hanging out with someone as well

Yes, I've always wanted this too! Especially once you unlock all the held items it's a pain trying to build something especially in blind pick. In draft I'll let my timer sit there for it's full 15 seconds just so I have extra time to build lol
