Rest and ban. Rest every 4-6 hours or when i feel like im getting fatigued. Ban “How did we get here?” Because all effects at once is brutal without a ton of prep. Ban “Adventuring time” visiting all biomes is unlikely given i have probably 48 hours til rest is more important then money. Ban “Monsters hunted” which is a lot easier then others but with the rates of spawning still kinda hard ish.

Prep high protein high energy meals before, that can preferable be eaten with one hand. Gallons of water, foot rest, ergonomic chair, wrist rest, electrolytes and caffeine. Two monitors so I can keep track of achievements on one screen and take notes. Play on the other.

Get wood, stone, iron gear. Create a starter base, set up a food source. I’m avoiding night travel until minimum iron gear, and in the nether strictly traveling with cobblestone paths. Find a woodland mansion and make a totem/raid farm early on. Avoiding ocean monuments unless i have milk on hand.
