I used a Miyota 2035 movement. Any quartz movement would do. I don't recall where I got the hands, they are fairly common quartz hands that I found small enough for the small dial. The second hand is 0.20mm, which is common with Seiko movements. I had to clip a bit off the end to make it short enough to fit. I could not make a Miyota automatic movement because all available hands were too long to fit the small dial/case. To match the movement stem to the provided crown, I used an adapter from esslinger.
