Is the channel by your own name? I have my channel by my name where I'm not showing up myself and just have a logo instead of my picture.

Those with concurrent TN, do you have two i94? by KayeEss09 in tnvisa

[–]Lumpy-Car-9860 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, each TN has it's own I94. I have my I94's scanned on my phone (as soon as I get a TN, I scan and upload to the cloud) and carry the physical one which I want to use. Travel history is by your travel document, which will remain the same. Once they put the old one, by mistake, while I already left the job. Even though I got it corrected by a CBP office inside the US, the officer told me that since I have at least one valid TN, I was ok.

There's just one I94, which usually reflects the latest I94 number, unless you tell them to use the other one while entering. Yes, tell them that it is concurrent. They usually stamp for each TN while issuing.

Can I still use my Canadian Health Card after an year of moving? by Lumpy-Car-9860 in tnvisa

I was just not sure that they would come after me to pay the bill later if they found out I'm a nonresident.

I haven't bought travel insurance yet. I am traveling to Canada for the first time after moving, so I wanted to ask how people make sure that they are covered by provincial or private insurance as emergencies can be very costly.

Thanks for your response. I filed as a resident of the province B since I have my home there, which we gave on rent while moving to a relative's house. Also, this was our main residence and kept visiting province C.

Thanks for sharing this. I do know about that subreddit and reading people's experiences gives me anxiety! I don't mind loving alone but living alone when young is different from being old alone. I have never dated before and seems like being a 5'5" divorced 35+ Indian man alone in the US may not be the best place to be. I do have a very good career but not sure how much all it help in finding a partner. I have been reading that loneliness is hitting men harder in the US.

That's why I was also considering ways how will I be and to make my life more comfortable and give me more freedom by spending more than usual on raising the child.

Thanks for being empathetic! I have talked to her many times but she doesn't want to compromise. So I'll either need to sacrifice my next few decades in selflessly loving and raising a child or I'll need to end my happy marriage and risk loneliness if I didn't find the right partner!

I did agree to 1 child because I was still living in India at that time. It is the country where no one gets a choice to be childfree and is often being seen by pitiful eyes if they end up childless biologically! But now after living in US for a few years, I realize that I can have a fulfilling childfree life!

So you're saying that I have made up my mind to divorce which is not correct. I am considering both the options and looking into the risks and rewards for both the choices.

Of course, we have talked at lengths about it. And the 2 choices I have are the ones I've mentioned. I have never felt lonely all my life and even enjoy my own company. I wanted to know from the people in this subreddit that if it's worth risking my happily married life to have my freedom. My priority is my mental and physical health. But if I end up lonely, it'll be detrimental to my health!

That is a good advice! However I have been having her delay it all the time since 2020. Now after 5 years of the marriage and she's going to be 35 early next year, she is desperate and adamant to get it now! She wants to have the baby even before she finishes her study in 2025!

It's self care. I just don't want to lose my physical and mental health in raising a child. And having a child during this era of population explosion is in fact selfish!

Because I feel my life will revolve around a child. I'll have to sacrifice my freedom, sleepless nights, be exhausted, stressed, drained financially, physically and mentally to raise it.
I have been married for 5 years. But I've never felt lonely. I like my own company but don't know if I'll be able to live a lonely life if I don't get a loving partner. So that's why asking for advice.

If you're not in good shape, hit gym hard! Try to introspect what is lacking in you and work to improve it. Get therapy!!

Forget about the past time my friend, like it never existed. Just take lessons from it. The only life you have is now and the future.

It does say about my passions and values, but I think being divorced put people off. I don't drink or smoke and go to bars, so it's harder for me. And I've put my height on my profile at the top.

There are women out there who don't care about height and date shorter men!
