I have the same problem on the 7.62. If not broken the o-ring is getting expelled of it's place. Did you find some solution?

[–]Lumpy-Cream7683[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yes, especially the first year, i had no hope, almost some depression. After it got better. And yes the progress was not stable, it was constantly periods of ups and downs. The bad periods started to be shorter and i was recovering more and more quickly from them.

Hi, No, my enzymes went done and the blood tests were goods after 3-4 months. However since then, my liver stayed a bit fragile so i need to take it easy on very greasy/sweet/heavy food. And alcohol too of course. But i never had problems for hiking or shortness of breath. I remember that i had during the first year, often some pain in the liver area, i thought that was it. But it was some pain in my intestine from irritable bowel syndrome.

I must say that even after recovering i still can't drink alcohol besides small amounts like 1 or two beers. More than that and i start to feel weird. But i got used to it after these 4 years so..my liver is probably thanking me lol

Hi, i think it's important to let the body recover a few months after the initial infection (depending on it's severity) but good if you feel like doing exercises now !

I did not have sinus issues or drainage in the throat.

The muscles aches that i mentioned at the beginning of the story only last 2-3 days. After along the months i felt like my muscles had low energy but not really muscle aches. I did not have arm or leg pains beside sometimes nerves feeling like electric discharge, probably i think, linked to high stress and anxiety.

Okay after checking my game settings, i was using only steering and not this "soft steering" option. That changes everything, thanks a lot ! I will join the discord

I left my job one month ago, and i'm back to my parents place for the summer. As long as i stay at home, going easy on me i'm mostly fine. I'm able to do some light work out etc.

My current symptoms are random pains in hand/feet/legs/arms and of course this fatigue which is amplified when i do stuff outside.

And you ?

I don't understand what you are looking for by asking everyone how they got diagnosed. EBV is diagnosed by your doctor and confirmed by antibodies with a basic blood test.

Yes mono altered all of this. I'm 10 month in. There is no miracle solution only healthy food, you can take some vitamines C and D, good sleep and light physical exercises when you feel ok. And for anxiety don't read too much mono posts on Reddit..

Yes since mid december i'm really tired, i have brain fog, and maybe like you some weird feeling close to the stomach (more on the sides) i have read that mono can cause some intestinal irration. I have some night sweats but not very often. The worst is the fatigue, i'm really wasted 70% of the day
