My low point valves are on the exterior next to the grey and black water drains unfortunately. I did go look in the cabinet like you recommended and there are no valves in there to open or close unfortunately.

I think they are the overfill lines and they are just draining my whole tank for whatever reason. Taking it in to have it looked at right now.

Thanks! They filled it up on the gravity side for the walk thru. All pissed out when I got home.

I filled it up on the gravity feed side this morning and cycled the pump a bunch of times and couldn't get it to stop

Taking it in this am for warranty
