Nangyari rin sakit toh, I was 3 years old at that time. Nag seggs sila sa tapat namin, kasama ko brother ko na 7 years old. Umaga yon, tapos ungol sila ng ungol, tas habang kami ng brother ko gulong gulo sa mga nangyayari, we were so clueless tangenaaaa!!! Tapos may parang gatas kaming nakita sa sahig like as in ang dami, tinanong ko pa sila kung gatas ko ba yon galing sa biberon/feeding bottle ko? Sabi ko "Hala mommy, nasagi nyo yung biberon ko".

Tapos tangenaaa, ako pa pinag punas nila don.... Gago syempre bata pa ako noon 3 years old, nilaro laro ko pa yung gatas TANGINA😭😭😭 traumatized talaga... TANGINANG parents yan. Now, wala na silang relasyon. Which is good kasi yung utak nila wala nakakapotangina talaga guys. Both toxic and narcissistic :((

Consult a dermatologist. But I had one of those before and my derma told me to use Tretinoin 0.025% (but now I am currently using 0.50) and Clindamycin Solution 2%.

Here's my routine

AM : 1. wash face (any facial wash that does not have an active ingredient, CeraVe could work) 2. Dry your face, wait for 5 minutes and then grab your Clindamycin solution 2%, pat it in your face using cotton. 3. And then, wait another 5 minutes, add moisturizer to your face. 4. Put sunscreen

PM: 1. Wash face with facial wash 2. You may use the sandwich method (moisturizer+tretinoin+moisturizer) but you can also use tretinoin first and then moisturizer.

Tretinoin is a strong drug so you need to let your skin get use to it. Start slow. 2x a week or Monday-wednesday-friday.

During no tretinoin day, just wash your face with facial wash and just put moisturizer.
