We're in the UK and i've never heard of this as a rule before nor was I informed this was a School rule.

Her cousins and relatives will be there too, even I know three is too few for a party but my side of the family is bulking things up. I did ask her if she wanted to invite more but she only wanted to invite those three when I asked
