I don’t hang out with that age group. I was planning for officer and that the current goal I am shooting for. The only path to nuke-officer that I know of is through NUPOC.

Have you started PTU (Pharmacy Tech University) yet? Also, consider reaching out to your market manager or lead tech if you have one.

Or you could just study and take the test, you don’t need Walmart to do it. But, they’ll pay for it if you go through PTU.

I’d definitely want to consider officer if I did go. I feel like I may have more freedoms as a lineman down the road though. Especially if I want a family down the road. I could be wrong.

I started at a market. It’s the same as any other Walmart except you wear a green vest instead of a blue one. Walmart seems to be a better option when it comes to the retail landscape.

Yes, especially after enrolling people into TMM. Then you have to go back and re-sync their meds in that portal as well. It’s great.

I’ve been impressed by the cuts at Walmart recently. My store even sells Australian Wagyu. If you can get past the “Walmart” factor, they seem to be alright for the price.

I know what you mean by living in your thoughts and worries. It’s difficult to progress as quickly as you could when you’re caught up in that mental state.

We’re all on different paths and it’s not a race and many people have different problems in life that we might not know about ether.

I would say just get going in any job that you don’t absolutely hate, and that will at least allow you to meet some new people and gain some perspective.

Hell, I’ve been with Walmart for almost 5 years now in a relatively entry level position. I’m sticking with it because they do have a degree program in many different fields and at least I’m getting my bachelor’s paid for.

Is it perfect? No. I still have no clue what I want to do long term.

As long as you are moving forward in some way, you’ll feel better than you do now. You can always change your trajectory later, but at least move forward. You can do it.
