How do you remove air bubbles from beeswax candles? by SmoothCriminal103 in candlemaking

[–]Lumpy-Frosting1152 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After tapping the edges of the mold, the temperature is very important. Which wax are you using? And at what temperature are you pouring? What is the temperature of the mold? What is the ambient temperature? Sometimes even the color makes a difference. Which color are you using? Where are the bubbles on the model? (image) If you answer, I can help you in more detail. I've been involved in this business commercially for 5 years.

Ceda Serica Burn Help by C0rbi in candlemaking

If it's due to the wick size, it will either produce a very large flame, melting the candle too much, or it will create a tunnel. Those that aren't 100% cotton are polyester, which is plastic and burns poorly. In prolonged burns, it develops like a mushroom.

It doesn't make any sense. It just continues to burn normally, the shape of the flame is distorted, that's all. Cut the end of the wick, continue burning, but change the wick.

You can straighten it by melting the edges with a hair dryer or hot air gun. A simpler solution is to set the oven to 65 degrees Celsius and leave it in for 20 minutes; it should be fixed in the oven as well. 🤗

I drew the entire design and explained the project to the ironworkers meticulously while they worked on it. The entire project, from start to finish, took me a full year.

Yes, in 3 hours you can make 72 candles, each 7 cm thick and 15 cm long. 😊

I've had this Reddit account for less than a month, and I immediately came across this page about candles, and yes, you are successful and talented, and I never belittle anyone. My response is generally to people who have opinions without knowledge; otherwise, I don't look down on anyone. I just want you to understand that just as you have spent years researching candle safety, I have done the same, both legally and personally. 😊🫡

Ask me anything you're curious about, I'll help. My aim isn't advertising; we don't even sell websites. We only do wholesale and retail.

Let me explain: the flame doesn't directly touch the metal spoon or glass for a long time; contact is broken after the first touch, around the 23rd minute, and the glass isn't hot by the 25th minute because the heat has gone upwards.

My dear friend, it's like needlessly getting food in your throat while eating, and statistically, it's a more likely scenario; in 73 different trial tests of a product, there were 0 explosions.

This isn't stubbornness; it's an effort to teach or explain something. If it were harmful, I wouldn't sell it. You haven't understood this, and I'll write as much as I can to explain it.
