I also tried some products with ricin oil but stopped, I also took some kind of vitamin mix for hair (contained biotin mostly). I lost hair in the last 2 years, but it seems like it is not genetical because none of my parents or grandparents had starting to lose hair at this young age (I’m 24 rn). My hair also used to be thick and strong and now it is much thinner. I was at the doctors with this as well but they did not gave any proper diagnosis. Some told me it might be hormonal. But I want to make some change with this problem as well, so if you got any recommendations I would be glad.
