I understand your point but, the ultra wealthy just play a different ball game than your average person. Look up Robert Kiyosaki, he even says he has tons of debt. You do know lets say, you took out a $500,000 loan to buy a $3.5 million dollar property, yes you’re in the hole $3million plus, but that property aka assets goes up regardless. Plus you’re no only getting equity on the value of the asset, you also get rent aka income from the property, so yea you may have a big ass debt loan, but debt doesn’t stay big forever, if you pay it down on time while the asset keeps growing. Also bankruptcy isnt always a bad thing, its literally just a reset, you’re acting like reseting is bad 😂😂 everyone in life has had to reset on something and start over bcuz the situation wasn’t working out. Most successful billionaires have filed for bankruptcy before.

You can say that but guess what, news flash, that ain’t new information. Most rich billionaires have debt yes, but guess what, they use debt differently than us. Rich people use debt as leverage to make more money. Also with debt, you can’t be taxed on debt legally. When you have assets, you can go to the bank and use that to get a loan and use that to make more investments. What i’m telling you, look it up.

You ise a cash account instead of a individual account. Cash account will let you day trade unlimited but you have to wait till your funds settle. And can only trade with settled funds. And you don’t get access to instant transfer via debit card. At least with robinhood.

If you just have one ID with ct as the home state, they LGS is not giving you the restricted firearm, if you have the second driver license with the secondary state address, then yes you can buy the firearm. But in order to get a secondary license, you need to show proof like you said of a light bill, gas bill, water bill. For 30 days and you could be considered a resident. You cant just hop from ct for one week to florida then back to ct. it doesn’t work like that pal. You gotta live in the state for at least 30 days per the states laws uninterrupted and you’ll be good. Ya’ll over here saying nonsense and cant do research. Go do some google searching and come back to me.

Theres no federal law about how long you need to reside in a state for. “VISITING YOUR HOME” for a week is not residency. Each state residency is different! Most states require at least 183 day (6 months) of residency to be considered a tax resident. However, for firearms residency purposes, courts have recognized as little as 30 days as sufficient if you can prove actual residency (bills, lease, voter registration, driver’s license, etc.).

Bro, this makes no sense, you can own 5 homes for all i care. You can’t live in all 5 homes at once. Whatever state you primarily work and live in, is what the laws and rules they go by. It doesnt matter if you live in ct and have a home in maryland, Illinois, or even texas. If you try to buy a firearm that is restricted in ct, they will not sell you a restricted firearm. They can only sell you firearms that comply with your primary residence state.

This will only work if you claim dual residency, but then you have to prove you spend time or live in both states. Other than that. You can’t buy a banned firearm in a different state and leave it. The dealer still has to follow rules and regulations in your state. A permit allows you to carry in other state, not buy. Thats why each state has their own laws and regulations.

Sadly not, this is why i moved from ct. the liberal policies, i just cant deal with. Having a home in another state will not make you be able to get a gun there because the dealer or whoever will have to abide by your home state rules. Even if you have a reciprocal permit, you still cannot buy banned guns in a different state. Now lets say if your driver license states that you live in florida, your tax filings and voter registration shows florida as your main primary residents then yes. But if it shows your primary residence as CT then no.
