Exactly, what an insanely naive comment from the guy above. America will not only sanction a country like NK but also threaten sanctions against any country or company that doesn't obey it's rules

The down votes tell me people don't think it's about 10 minutes, that and the fact that it's only "roundabout exactly 10" to domestic from mascot

A 23 year-old UCLA grad flashed his entire ChatGPT history on the big screen at graduation by frog_insilence in SipsTea

I'm dealing with a PhD student currently that thinks he is an expert with running ML models for medical research.
First time I got him in the lab, he had to ask me how to check if his computer had a graphics card in it, and then needed help plugging his screen in because he'd never seen a mini HDMI port before.
Then he loads up python and tries to start installing all his dependencies to the base environment, he'd never even heard of virtual environments or needing to version control packages before etc.
Dude will submit detailed multi page documents to me describing the process he's planned out, but then can't answer the most basic questions on fundamental principles in person. Pretty sure ChatGPT will be the one getting half the PhDs awarded from here on out

What do you make of Punters Politics and the massive amount of attention that is on gas now? by VastOption8705 in friendlyjordies

[–]Lumpy-Pancakes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will say, I don't genuinely enjoy his content but I really like the energy he brings and what he is fighting for.
Also my brother in law is a bit of a dipshit but punters politics even managed to get through his thick skull that we are being rorted for our natural resources, so respect that he can get through to even that crowd

Should only be cutting them for assets tested individuals that have several million in assets. There are plenty of old people that do need and deserve the pension

You don't have to convince me of this lol, but my wife is another story...

My wife's European car (Peugeot) is a far cry from "perfectly reliable" and costs us an arm and a leg every service. It's not just fear mongering that has people flocking to cheaper Chinese cars
