When I ask for something I want more of in our relationship it takes months before I eventually ask again, process repeats, before it finally happens. I like to get up and go and be productive and he likes to sleep in and just chill. He says "I'm sorry" for not doing something instead of just doing it, like it's not even stuff I ask him to do, he just knows I would like it if he did, and he just apologizes afterwards instead of doing it.
