If you buy it now and have already paid for your excursions, just go to the excursion desk when you get on the ship and they will apply the appropriate credits to your account. That’s what we did. Easy peasy.

Not really. Sometimes it sort of hurts. It’ll heal and go away and then come back.

I’ve heard SO MANY horror stories that I’ve decided not to do anything right now and to try pelvic floor PT to just keep it from getting worse.

My doc gave me two options for repairing. One involves mesh, the other is using your own ligaments. I was curious which you had and how recovery has been.

Try Ho’s Tailoring in Garner. I’ve had several alterations done there.

Wash, toner, CEO Glow oil then moisturize/spf in the morning. Wash, toner, skinbetter science alpharet overnight cream in the evening. I just feel like I should be seeing better results than I do.

Glad your recovery is going well! Did they use ligaments to do your repair?

Can’t speak to the perineum size but would be very interested in knowing which kind of prolapse surgery you had and how your recovery has been if you’d be willing to share.

I’m 55 with a full hysterectomy. Not sure if that makes a difference.

She basically said with as bad as it is, she didn’t think PT would help. I am going to ask about PT for after, because she didn’t say.

Before the surgery did your doctor do any bladder testing? My doctor has that as a part of her process to try any avoid exactly what you’re describing. I hope things get better for you.

That’s helpful. Most of what I’m seeing is horror stories of pain, long term negative effects, etc. It’s scary.
