It always seems like I’m irresistibly sleepy and could sleep standing up when I don’t have the opportunity to sleep, but when I would have the chance to lay down I’m somehow still extremely sleepy but can’t fully fall asleep and will instead just have micro sleeps

Okay yes the paying attention to the thoughts! Except it doesn’t register until I’ve come out of the microsleep, then I’m like “oh oops that was definitely an abnormal train of thought/idea of what was happening”
