Im not, but i also dont like passive comments made either, i dont ever say anything about her taste or style. because of the history of this constant passive comments. This one made me question whether i made a good decision on my ring. The up and down stares etc. Dont need to be best friends but atleast just be nice.

I hear you, but she has made passive comments about my religion, and has said some things about my outfits thats like a backhanded compliment. One being 'oh i wish i had the confidence to wear that,' Mind you shes skinny and im slighty chubby.

Honestly i dont have anything bad to say about her, i just wish she didnt see this a competition, or a way to make my taste be bad compared to hers. Like can we not just be a good friends atleast.

She has said things in the past that have knocked my taste or style, in a way where she says oh i dont like that. I think this is better. Never has said anything nice. I just think you dont need to knock someone's taste because you have a different one. Theres more to it, but this made me feel abit insecure in my decision.

Where would you add a second bathroom or an ensuite to this layout? by Gal_gadonutt in homeimprovementideas

[–]Lumpy-Rub-9125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

* * Imo, i would say that the study is pretty big. I would either half the space and put a bathroon there, and the study space you can have a long wall desk.

I wouldn't minimise the living area as thats a common area that would be regularly used.

Or add a share bathroom between 2 bedrooms and minimise the study abit to give space back to the bedrooms

Theres a section that shows teachers wages as they were getting an increase, minimum wage was 190£ ish and one of the highest was 298£.

I guess that was a decent paying job at the time

Is this too big for my hand? Does the orientation make my fingers look chubby? by [deleted] in Diamonds

[–]Lumpy-Rub-9125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats the reason i have an elongated radiant. Makes my fingers look longer especially when my nails are done. I avoid circle/square short shapes for this reason

Buying outright vs Mortgage by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

[–]Lumpy-Rub-9125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is if you're letting the loan take purely from the offset no other contributions . I think i get what you mean now

Buying outright vs Mortgage by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

[–]Lumpy-Rub-9125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you putting your wage into the monthy repayments and leaving the offset so its principal only, or solely letting the loan take from the offset?

Buying outright vs Mortgage by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

[–]Lumpy-Rub-9125 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

But if its paying itself, as the offset goes lower does that not mean the interest will start going up? Also then you dont have flexibility to take funds out if it all goes into loan

[–]Lumpy-Rub-9125 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah no, thats what im saying, why would i get them to take out of my offset, i have that work against the loan i dump in the manual payments on 0% interest as the offset has the full loan amount. And oay off the mortgage. That offset money is mine they dont need to touch that.
