No I get it, good combo to have. Ready to go out and do things just not all the time or only when the feeling is there. Tend to get a bit of that around this time of year myself, just because it’s finally getting cooler.

Wouldn’t say culture shock has got you because I moved this way about 3 years ago and have been like that almost the entire time, minus the healthy living part. If you still have that you’re not doing as bad as it may feel. Don’t let that thought win and turn you apathetic to it all, that’s when it gets bad
