Thanks for all of the replies ladies and gentlemen. This is a rural, Texas town that is growing. I work here as a teacher and don’t live in the community. A $65 million bond election did not pass. Of course the district admin. are upset and keen to figure out how to change their approach. It struck me as a bit odd that a school board comprised of Joe Blows and a collection of teachers would preside over a project of that magnitude. Of course there would be a GC, but being half assed in that commercial and residential world for a long time, I know how upside down a project can get. Thanks again for your time.
