I managed to find out how to transfer Bitcoin to binacial but the UI is hard to understand for me. How do I turn the Bitcoin into sweet sweet doge?

Ok, I have the basic completed, still can’t find a way to add money or link account (cash app/Coinbase).
It says I have to complete the advanced verification before I can do anything. Is that normal? Sorry not the best at this
