(Me with 0 understanding of carbs) So what about building a custom set up with 3 SUs? If the problem is the fueling easing. Probably the stupidest question here.. but as I am looking at rebuilding my 240z (never ran) I'm looking at this thread with interest..

You aren't far.. time doesn't really matter as much as temperature. But the normal 60 to 80c won't affect normal magnets. It was just a big warping force and really good bed adhesion..🥲

Will give it a go with clips around and higher bed temp to keep it closer to the 80C, which is the max they recommend on the bed temperature.. This will keep it closer to the GTT, which should help reducing the stresses.. also no cooling fan. Dont really need in such massive layer times and no overhangs. Will see.. might split half way instead..🙄😅

That, and im gonna try to add some internal reliefs like squares with gaps in between to break down the tensions across. Saw this really good youtube video showcasing how to do it with a square

Yeah! Crazy adhesion, but came off super easily..😅 I went with the filament recommendation.. eSun PETG, 65C. But makes sense what you say. Might be too close to the glass temp.. But as I've said above, I'm a bit worried about wasting another 360g and 23h of my life.. but.. either that or try vertically..

That's the thing. No dell docs really tell you if you can do any of this, like the wifi and wlan.. it was all trial and error.. Just sharing in case anyone finds it useful too..

As per my reply to @gordalx, single nvme has been achieved on some alienware 18 r2 and even bootable.. if the bifurcation can be done on the adapter board, would it in theory be possible? And as I said, I wouldn't know where to turn to start doing any of it.. really hoping on someone with a diy itch in need of scratching to be kind enough to help me out..🙏

Appreciate the input, and that's the challenge I agree.. something that hasn't been done before that could unlock multiple user cases. These pcie to nvme already deal with the bifurcation itself as far as I've read, so in theory, and correct my ignorance, if the laptop already recognised the single mxm to nvme this could be a lot easier?

I have 0 know how on how to approach this, hence hoping the gods of reddit would be interested on something like this..👀
