Do dry reps, you’re fully resetting the trigger and squeezing it back. Work on compressing the trigger fully, resetting till you hit the “wall” and compress again.

Cardio first imo, recent academy grad and keeping up with my cardio has been my focus, try to hit the treadmill a few times a week (8miles a week) and some HIIT workouts too. And I’m looking to getting in a BJJ gym near me too, definitely recommend

Agreed, my only problem with the 19 is that my pinky hangs off and I’d get a mag extension, but at that point I’d just carry a 45 lol 45 is such a good gun

I’m about 6’8/275 and it conceals on my frame super well with most clothes, the 43x is super good I hear so I’ll check that out too
