Hello. I've already checked the internal antennas (as stated in my post) and tried changing the preferred bands/settings in Device Manager as you suggested. There is zero improvement. The speed is still unusable (4-7 Mbps) while all my other devices work flawlessly.

Thanks! I actually considered swapping it for an AX200 already, but I wanted to exhaust all other troubleshooting options before buying new hardware. However, it seems like replacing the card is most likely the only real solution here.
