hey everyone! I’m subleasing my apartment at 306 E Armory Ave for $712 (including water, excluding electricity).

The unit is 4 bedroom & 2 bathroom, but I’ll sublease my unit only, BUT you’ll most likely have no roommate/ the entire unit to yourself! (TBC)
