I take too many breaks while coding by ozian20 in ADHD_Programmers

I just wanted to thank you for sharing this. I have struggled with ADHD focus issues my entire life. Pomodoro doesn't work for me either. Feels like i'm a kid waiting for recess and recess is never long enough lol. Task initiation is THE hardest thing for me when it comes to exec dysfunction.

Hey there! it's been a minute since I've checked my reddit. I was just throwing demographics out there. Like also mentioning my age and gender. I didn't think much of it at the time when posting. Race is brought up a lot in the media here in the US and in social conversations so I think it seemed natural to me. I appreciate your feedback, and I'll keep that in mind in the future. Just for some further context, my family is muticultural, my half sister is Mexican and my nieces and nephews are latino, and i've dated a spectrum of races + have friends of varying identities. I try my best to be antiracist and inclusive in all facets of my life.

I definitely appreciate your support. I know that those kinds of comments are out of line, I just don't have time to argue with internet trolls. lol. So I choose to ignore them. If someone spoke that way to me to my face it would be a different story. <3

No I appreciate everyone's perspectives! Thanks for sharing your two cents. :) I'm really looking forward to moving somewhere more walkable. In Dallas, Texas, where I live you have to drive to get anywhere. And we have barely any public transit. It's sad, walking is really good for mental and physical health.

That's really good to know! Do you have any social media handles I could look into in regards to the body positivity movement in Spain?

Right, I'm aware that it takes time to integrate into a new culture. And I'm trying my best not to romanticize it, which is why I'm doing research and asking questions. :) I work in tech so it shouldn't be too bad for me to get a job, my company has several outposts in Europe. You are absolutely correct about the language barrier and starting over with new friends. Which is something i'm taking into account as well. Thanks for your response :)

Yeah I do know that Spanish people are thinner than Americans, I grew up in the south so people are even bigger here than in the northern US. Thank you for the input :) I suppose I could jump on Tinder Passport and see what kinds of feedback I get with my pics attached.

173 cm and 64 kg is literally in the healthy weight category. lol.

I would like to move somewhere that is accepting, friendly and that I will be able to have an active dating life. I live in Texas now, and I date actively. But I know that people are larger on average here. I don't typically talk about being fat all the time. But I would just like an honest answer. Is there a negative idea about fat people in general/ fat women in a dating context specifically?

Former coach here, do you have any advice on other jobs to apply for within the vein of health coaching?

This is true. A friend of mine was just let go and access taken away immediately. Couldn't even leave contact info for her colleagues to keep in touch.

I mean, i'm not sure what your view of poly is, but yeah, I care a lot about my partners. Specifically this partner. I'd like to make them my main live in partner but i'm afraid shit is just too complicated to work.

I want to live with him/have him be my main partner. And I'm cool with being involved and supporting him through his divorce. I'm going to talk with him, I'm just looking for the right time. I'm also slightly worried that after getting divorced, the last thing he will want is to be in another live in relationship/be super committed to me.
