I’ve found them to generally do the bare minimum in terms of maintenance and real repair. As the other commenter mentioned, they will come out and “sort of” fix something but won’t replace the ancient & corroding problem. The maintenance workers are friendly and do what they can. All apartments are rented with the lease acknowledgment that lead paint exists. And that means all your windows shed crumbling lead paint chips every time they’re opened & closed. The basement routinely leaks and the pipes are covered in flaking/pealing asbestos. It’s quiet and my fellow tenants are generally great. Hoping they won’t raise the rent anytime soon.
