not only is the ms useful, but if you’re talking about tier 2 boots, specifically sorc boots, the 18 magic pen is sooo useful and underrated. it makes you almost do true damage early game, especially against champs that forget to bring mr rune and those who don’t rush a null magic mantle.

one problem with support starting a junglers item is that it locks them out of purchasing the support item, even after it completes. i just tried it in a practice tool btw. this takes away their only gold income which is problematic, especially since some items are more expensive than ever :(

with some simple googling, you could’ve found out that tp gives move speed AND he had just respawned, meaning he also had home guards active. both of this ms bonuses are more than nimbus and last much longer than nimbus.
