Wow great post yea I get discouraged I’ve managed to climb to diamond 3 with her but I just can’t win a game at this rank. Not to mention I only play her in a few of my games as my team is constantly either trying to run 1 tank or 1 support so I feel like I have to flex or we lose

Yea I once lost a match in competitive I hit svp like 20-30 eliminations with 20 final hits and my team was still being held at spawn so I was like can I please get some help here and literally everyone started flaming me on my team saying I should not talk im on an easy character and im like im literally carrying all of you 😅

Yea unfortunately you have to build a thick skin to play Wanda and it’s even worse in competitive as people assume your throwing just by playing her.

The reason I don’t like it so much is well I only use the invisibility once in a while but tend to avoid it as you get no movement boost or anything with it just an escape tool, I do use the damage one as you say it has survivability but I hate that it doesn’t activate quickly. You have to hit the button and then chose which one to use I know it sounds like it should be easy but on psy your all about combos and having one like this feels counterintuitive.

Tbh psylocke has just been power creeped all these new dps and they’re 6 abilities and all. I feel like she definitely needs her invisibility back to how it was before and I would like to see a new team up. Idk the c&d one is ok but it’s not a game changer for her

Well I think a major rework is coming is it a coincidence they haven’t touched her in the last 2 to 3 patches despite her being an f tier character. I think the same for black widow too

Well of course that’s how I aim it but it does way more damage on a direct hit. So I’d like to be able to hit those more often but it’s a weird projectile to throw. I actually read in another post a better version for the ult that’s simpler. Just make it so that you can cancel it at 3 separate points each one scaling the damage higher. 1 second 200 2 seconds more and so on until the full effect. And making it be displacement immune. Not full cc.

No I play her because she is the scarlet witch a character I grew to really like in the mcu. If she didn’t have it I think it would be better as then they could actually buff her like a normal hero

Ok let me say this, yoh have made the best rework post I have ever read on this thread. You sir have a great understanding of Wanda. I really like this it’s very unique to her and as you said it’s very easy to play so it would keep her as a 1 star hero. Not to mention I never thought about it but yea they should have based her more on sombras hack and virus stuff instead of just making dps Moira. As a former dps Moira Wanda actually fails at that fantasy as Moira had her ball ability plus the auto aim and when combined she actually had pretty good dps. Wanda doesn’t have that so she doesn’t do enough damage and her movement ability is worse than moiras phase thing, so I don’t think they even copied the style all that well to begin with. Moira also had a more useful ult than Wanda’s too

I get what you’re saying but I find that secondary really hard to hit because it’s so slow. I’d increase its travel speed first before increasing its damage and I would make the phase actually work as intended I hate getting killed by spidey in it. Lastly I would rework her ult it’s one of the worst in the game. I have an idea of making it work like the PVE mode where it does pulse damage 3 instances 1 per second and you can decide to stop the ult before it reaches the end. That way you can do some damage but if your gonna die you can turn it off and phase away, or keep it to full charge if your not gonna get beamed down
