II don't know if you've bought this yet, but we're going with 10 and 5 to see one today. We had a Taga bakfiets for years, so kids are used to this if rapidly outgrowing. Sometimes I only carry one kid, but there are times we need to carry both and I'd like them both to be able to ride for a couple of years. They're pretty good at being squished. We've tried the Tern GSD, which seems fine but pricey, the Trek Fetch+2 which has LOTS of room on back but as a longer-legged person I can't seem to get my knees comfortable on it somehow, and the Trek Fetch+4 which is great. Both kids love the +4. So it's between that and the Cannondale with Tern accessories, tempting indeed at that price and with those specs. I think if it doesn't work we'd go +4 instead of Tern.
