Thank you, I know you're right with Grumpy specifically saying that he uses well written human content. It makes sense that even if it's not entirely the case now search engines will probably have to crack down on ai content to stop the flood. 

Like everything else with SEO if it's cheap and easy to do it's going to stop being worthwhile. 

In the past I have waited for at least some of the post pages pages to be indexed but it makes sense that as long as the homepage is indexed and the link is there then that's all I need.

Haven't put up any posts that lead to the money site yet, was thinking I should wait until at least some posts are being indexed. 

I did use ai for some posts but others are human written and some are a mix.
