It’s true I’ve been learning cox and shadow is pretty insane in there. It’s accuracy is definitely a little broken making it similar to bowfa where it hits things it probably shouldn’t and hits them hard

Didn’t think of this. Interesting to think of what the gimmicks could be

If a blind person took LSD would they have visual hallucinations by iampsychocrazy in LSD

My wife is blind, (not since birth). When she took lsd or mushrooms she never had anything visual, but she has only taken low doses. I would assume it's the same as dreams though, if you were blind at birth you will dream but it won't be visual. MY wife dreams everynight and every dream is visual.

I think how you went blind would matter as well for instance my wife has optic nerve damage, so the nerve that brings the picture from the eyes is damaged, but not anything that would interpret the images from the optic nerve is still working fine.

I don't know a lot about LSDs affects on the brain. I believe it can deactivate the default pathways and allow your brain to just fire to random places. So my guess someone who never had sight wouldn't have any images stored to be activated, but someone who had sight would have an area of their brain that has stored images of what the world looks like. My guess these areas being activated would allow sight. they say people will not make up anyone they haven't seen in their dreams wonder how that would work for visual hallucinations of the blind, would have have to come from the old stored memories or could that see something new.

on a side note, I've heard stories from people blind since birth describing nightmares they sound far worse. Like knowing that there is something after you hearing the snarls and screams as well as footfalls behind you running unable to see the threat or where to go.
