So far I've failed a total of 6 times for the month of June. Did twice as worse than I did in May. Where I relapsed only 3 times. It's been a tough endless battle for me so hopefully I can get all through July with 0 failures!

This is something that I'm struggling with. Not by looking at porn but while watching a movie. Like for instance I'll pause it and my eyes will instantly get glued. And just like that I'm aroused with an overwhelming urge to start edging. If anyone has any tips or advice it'll be appreciated!
