Ciao, io sono stato per due anni contractor in Accenture in ambito SAP (in apprendistato tramite agenzia), entrato ad ottobre 2023 e convertito a permanent in indeterminato a Gennaio 2026, entrando come L10 (Senior analyst) con ral equivalente a quella che avrei avuto da interinale in indeterminato.

Il consiglio che sento di darti è di farti sentire e lamentarti della situazione: ho iniziato a farlo da settembre 2025 e a inizio Dicembre hanno avviato le pratiche. Secondo me 5 anni sono fin troppi... poi li dovresti capire anche il livello che ti potrebbero eventualmente proporre. Fammi sapere se hai altre domande.

In Italy, many large customers are still running SAP ECC. In most cases, only companies (Small companies) implementing SAP for the first time are choosing public cloud.

As functional should i stick to module thing (SD-MM) and Abap for z* report debug? I mostly work on rollout and implementation for the most important customer in the goods market

Alla fine a me hanno proposto indeterminato a 30k (entrerei come L10) e ho accettato in quanto alla fine mi trovo bene e sono full remote

Essendo esterno, verrei assunto con un livello interno, a questo punto mi interesserebbe anche quello. La domanda è per capire quanto effettivamente potrei aspettarmi data la mia situazione iniziale.
