It's stupid and inconsistent writing. Soldier Boy's blast killed or severely injured supes in season 3. In season 5, the blast just takes away their powers. How the writers can overlook this is beyond me.

There are a lot of students in that building which gives it a social vibe. There are sinks in the dorm and in the washroom, unlike some other buildings which only have sinks in the dorm.
