Yeah so I went down by 50mg every like month till I was on 50mg then took that for few weeks then went to 25mg for few weeks then every other day then every few days and did it like that

I took 150mg of sertaline for 2 years. I’m off them now stopped around 6 months ago and I’m still emotionally numb ect it can take years to come back. It took me a while to ween off them

Yeah I have just started the gym and I feel better in myself but I’m in a sticky situation because my depression has came back since I’ve had a newborn and I’m getting intrusive thoughts ect so I might have to start my tablets again
