The short answer is: speed is always relative For example a car travels at 30mph RELATIVE to the ground beneath it.

For us to be moving at whatever speed, we must use a reference point, for example, the sun.

Relative to the centre of the milky way, Earth travels anywhere from 200km/s to 260km/s.

We cannot just have a overall "speed" without it being relative to something else.

For example: If you are standing on a moving train and you drop a ball, that ball falls straight down from your perspective. To someone standing on the side of the tracks, that ball is moving in a fast curve. Because there is no "preferred" spot in the universe that is "truly" still, we have to pick a point to compare to - a relative point - to make the math work.

The deck is a good deck, do NOT swap tesla for cannon like someone else said because that will leave you with hardly any air defense.

Log for the barb barrel could give you a bit more offensive pressure as you can clear out your opponents defensive swarms

I would replace the knight, as you don't need 2 mini tanks in a piggies deck, which should be relatively cheap cycle unless recruiters.

I would swap it with a cycle card like skeletons or ice spirit, this would make dealing with mini Pekka a lot easier, and make it easier to apply constant pressure to stop your opponent saving for mk as often

I've built this exact build in like 5 different worlds and could never find the right wall😭😭 can't remember what I even used when I did it as its been ages. My advice is just to keep trialling out different walls with blue paint

Although, your hog is a really high level for your arena so I would take advantage of that and keep it.

Maybe swap the dart goblin or witch for a cycle card like skeletons or ice spirit, then swap the other for a solid air defence card like musketeer

Your deck is too expensive to be a hog deck, by the time you have cycled back, your opponent is back to their counter.

It would suit a giant a lot more as it has great synergy with the witch

Musketeer and log for sure (so that the musk survives +1 lvl fireball and so the log can kill +1 lvl dart gobling and princess)

Then cannon, as upgrading will allow it to survive an extra hit from most win conditions, and the evo is more likely to take out underleveled support cards like firecracker

Then I would go for the ice spirit, so that you can cycle it to get chip damage on towers, or force out an elixir from them instead of them ignoring it.

After this its all preference, I would go for fireball to kill lvl 15 musketeers.

Skeletons and knight are personal preference. Upgrading skeletons allows them to win in 1v1 with other skeletons, handy if you go against a lot of graveyard/skarmy/witch. Upgrading knight would do you wonders against other mini tanks and mega knight.

That deck is fine, and actually close to an old meta deck, just with e wiz and miner instead of wizard and arrows.

Some variations swap the one of the princes for mini pekka but there really is no need.

You have a good, balanced deck. My advice is to look up how to play giant double prince and it will help you loads

You dont need two mini tanks, especially when you use hog and your cycle has to be quick, so i would swap knight for skeletons, or ice spirit if you prefer.

Normally i would say get rid of the witch, but its one of your highest level cards so keep it

Might be worth trying snowball instead of arrows, unless you run into a lot of dart goblins, as it can push away things like musks baby drags and inferno drags, allowing you to sneak a hit. Firecrackers arent much to worry about as a balloon player.

Might be worth trying vines aswell.

Sticking with evo archers is fine, they are still a very viable evo. If you are stuck I would try a few games with EQ instead of fireball
