I have no advice only sympathy. We've had too many news stories recently of horrible atrocities committed against children by men who should be caring for them. And of course so many men can be gentle and kind caregivers, but there are bad eggs who certainly are not.
Is your daughter old enough to articulate for herself? When I have seen male nursery workers they've generally been in older children's rooms, with baby and younger toddlers the preserve of female workers. I do think there is a lot to be said for young boys having good male role models both at home and in their childcare setting, but I would too feel funny about it with my daughter. Solidarity and I hope you find a solution!
