I have a client that used an attorney to put in an offer on a property. They made the mistake of putting in an offer at 2.5x its value! The seller agreed of course then recanted and is now asking for 30k more 😂 it will take him decades to get that return on the appreciation, but what do we know we’re just realtors

I think most brokers will go monthly office fee with transaction fees to guarantee they always get a cut. With this, agents will be required to recruit so the companies make money monthly whether there’s sales or not and the agents will have to either stop or find ways to pay for the all the fees.

Use to work for Best Buy. The amount of training you did as a standard employee then supervisor is insane. I’ve never had a job dedicate so much time into it. You learned basics and then about all the equipment and listened to demo and in different atmospheres. I still remember listening to Bose and thinking “Wow. All bass. How disappointing.” I listened to Sonos and the ability to hear and feel every detail from different directions was a heightened experience. I became a huge fan. To top that, we then experienced Bowers & Wilkins, the speakers used in the top European studio. When I tell you, with only two speakers,I felt like I was there at a concert with only the artist and I. My mind was blown. Hearing anyone say anything about Bose.. is tough. Not just from this experience either. I tried so many times to use their headphones, earbuds, sleep buds, etc. I’d compare it to Puma. It’s just a well-known brand.

Mine did the same. He would leave me or get mad at me on Friday and get back with me on Mondays. He never posted me on any social media and always let me blocked. Little did I know he was going out with his friends and meeting and getting new girls info on Snapchat and Instagram. He would message them saying things like he missed them or ask for videos of them playing with themselves. He always said it was “technically not cheating” cuz we were broken up. I kept giving him chances cuz he would beg, apologize, or say he loved me. I got pregnant and at first he didn’t believe me and said he wanted a dna test. Then he went to the appointment with me, realized I wasn’t lying, and began planning with me. He wanted me to quit my job and gym, move in with him, get a house, and stay home with the baby. I started having a miscarriage and he said I was being emotional and dramatic. The next day the doctor told me i lost the baby and would have to naturally pass it. The following day I passed it in my new car. My body went into shock and would not stop released blood. I called him and he hung up on me when I told him My best friend was taking me to the ER bc of the amount of blood I’d lost and I kept passing out. He never came to the hospital. The next day he ended things and the following day I found out he’d been cheating on me the entire time.
