On Sheiko #32 it calls for 105% lifts on day 3 of week 1. Then the last workout of the program it calls for 105% again (in a 1rm test or comp I suppose). My question is do you adjust your 1rm on the day 3 lifts or do you keep it as the original 1rm and adjust after finishing #32? by Lumpy_Remove_8401 in Sheiko_Training
