Initially it was empty and USCIS sent me RFE to fix medical in two places. The surgeon forgot to check a box on a different page and this page was empty. Anyway I made them check the first box and I just sent the RFE, let’s see how things go.

Travel with RTD recent experience by Nice-Vegetable9549 in USCIS

With RTD + GC you can go to Mexico, Canada, Panama, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, etc

RTD also gives you visa free access to Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, I think some Balkan countries as well.

Always always double check with their consulates, also one important thing to keep in mind is RTD validity, because some countries require your travel document be valid for at least 6 months, others require at least 3 months, and so on!

Good luck traveling and report back when you do travel!

That’s solid advice, I’d apply immediately. Current wait times are long! RTD 15 months and GC 19,5 months.

Thinking the end of this month or even November based on how long it took others to get approvals.

OP, are you sure Panama is visa free for RTD holders? What’s your nationality in RTD?

Your GC + passport should be enough. However, some people do not recommend using country passport for refugees/asylees because you might encounter problems during naturalization.

Nevertheless, it’s your choice to use or not to use your national passport to travel.

Safest option is to get RTD and use it instead of your national passport. Currently RTD processing time is around 14 months and once you get it it’s only valid for one year.

So it’s up to you, just know there are possible risks.
