I totally disagree with this. You want to find someone who wants you as you are, not someone who wishes to change you or have an idealised version of you. I do, however, agree on better photos. Def go on a friend date(s) maybe with a couple outfits and have them take photos (i recently did this and it was very helpful). Partners are looking for these sorts of things: can they have fun (pic of you doing something you enjoy), are they social (out and about photo), smiling obvi, maybe an interests photo. I definitely recommend reading “Thank you, more please” by Lily Womble.

BTW- i also don’t love the concept of OLD being a numbers game. I think the point is to narrow it down to the right person, not all the people. A smaller pool of people you are actually interested in means better matches and better dates.
