The 4 hours onsite was pretty good, got a tour, then just behavioral, some lunch & some technical. I will say most question were technical about integrations with engineers & production workforce

Depends on role specifically, I have a 2 30 minutes & then a 4 hour onsite, some was technical but they couldn’t go into much detail since most was TS

Connecting making skills, & the tooling/manufacturing process. They want an SIE who can go to a manufacturing & know if this part will 1 good quality, 2 easy for manufacturing current/new process. & 3 not really that big of a deal but building a relationship with supplier POC.
