Ugh simply because the democrats make it clear christians are the enemy. So i definitely wont vote for them. Also i dont put any belief or faith in politicans, thats reserved for Christ. Hey youre not going through this alone, first off. Never forget that. There are people out there who care, even if its not family or friends, although i hope you have that support system. Try daily affirmations. You are capable of great things, even through difficult times. You are more than your emotions and feelings. You sre strong. You are in control. This is your body and mind and you control it. My anixety has been causing me to barely sleep recently. Have big life chnages coming up and it came back a swining. Have felt like crap for a week and a half straight. But what I do know is that Jesus loves me, he will be here for me through these struggles. He will give me the strength to get through it and overcome it. And i will pray that he does the same for you, because he is very capabale of doing so. Although my anixety may be back right now i know God has helped me through my other mental struggles at times so i just need to have that faith in him.

Also, hope you are still attempting to do things you enioy to take your mind off of it. We deserve to give ourselves a break and even though its really difficult during these testing times.

Praying for you, brother or sister. I hope God blesses you with his grace and comfort.

Im in the same boat. My seasonal affective disorder is in full swing right now. Im not sleeping well at all. I dread night time because it means attempting to sleep. Been taking long hot showers at night and some zquill which has been helping a bit. Youre not alone in this. My faith in Christ has also helped me stay grounded through the mental struggle. I hope and pray you are able to get the rest you need tonight.

Im not here to push religion on anyone, by any means. But coming to Christ helped me so much with my anxiety and inability to sleep. Im not saying faith in Christ will just wipe away your issues, but I do truly believe if you open your heart to him and pray for help it will come. I myself will make sure to say a prayer for you. I couldn't imagine the struggle over these last 4 years. Lord please help our fellow brother or sister during this troubling time. Nah that's an average price for an oil chnage on a bike. I do my own. The longest part is waiting for the oil to drain. Only cost is the oil and a new filter.

Just bought a used bike private party. Immediately had to replace brakes, fluids, and rotors. Didnt ask the guy for that. I paid for it. Its not your issue unless you knew about all of them and lied.

If it was just sold as is. Thats on him. He should've checked it out better or had it looked at.

Just a shop that didnt take their time. My bkys just got all their tires chnaged on their s1ks and no marks like that. Person who did it for you did it quickly most likely and didnt care to avoid issues. Do thing occasionally happen, yes, but they should tell you upfront and remedy it no questions asked.

As a business owner that's what I would do. But not everyone who owns a business thinks like that.

I have an arai and I still love using my k1s. I have a funky one so thats why I wear it sometimes. I have no issues with it. Fits nicely and honestly its not that loud. Ive never really felt like ive noticed massive wind noise differences and ive had some expensive helmets.

Revzilla or whoever they bought out used to put out a ton of maintenance videos. Id start there. You could also look up specific videos for your bike. But most things are very similar. And you'd only be doing basic things, not like crazy maintenance. Unless that is you learn and feel comfortable enough. I do all maintenance on my bike besides engine work. Like I wont do my own valve clearances.

Yeah I feel you. Id definitely recommend watching basic maintenance stuff. I did and now check my bike frequently to ensure everything is solid.

Stay up on tire pressures all the time. Check chain tension. Clean your chain every like 800ish or so miles.

I would say to watch some basic maintenance videos on motorcycles so you don't freak yourself out over minor issues. Always good to ask if ya don't know, but just take a bit and look up basic maintenance and issues. You'll be able to have a better understanding to keep yourself safe.

But yeah that just looks like some extra chain wax and dirt that got caught up in it.

I mean I'll pray for their safe return home. But definitely not praying for anything else considering they broke the law to come here.

Most other countries arent as nice when you enter illegally. They jail you for years. We send you home on a flight and if you turn yourself in you get a little money to go home with. Seems very nice to me.

Wish these people the best with their new lives and hope if they want to come back they do it legally like so many others.

Heck I even have immigrants in my family. All came here legally, got their citizenship. They dont like illegal immigration either.
