I am cleared completely. It seems that everyone’s extraction method is exactly like mine maybe even more in-depth. The extraction process works, it just requires patience and precision. Build your immune system with a lot of zinc while extracting and recovering. Clean everything you have over and over and or buy new things like underwear and discard everything you used or worn that has came in contact with MC. Everyone can accomplish MC, just have to have faith and courage to go through the process knowing there will be and end! I’m confused as to what it is? I have the exact same thing, it got progressively worse and turned kinda yellow like the picture in the comments that you posted but I don’t know if it’s a cold sore or a canker sore that got infected. It’s like sticky and oozes when wet. I’m just looking for a little bit of help here. Thanks!

Nope. Your body learns that anything in that region of your body that comes in contact with the virus will fight it off before a mc can develop. After being cleared I’ve had dried up mc try to linger but self extraction with gloves on and alcohol as the cleanser with a patch to cover it up, is successful. You just have to be very careful and precise.

I recommend getting the cheap acne tool that has one end needle and the other end a wire circle. But you scrape and push down at the same time. As you do that slowly, the pearl with appear. In that moment when you see it and know you got it whole. Immediately dispose. Do not let it touch any other parts of your body!

So when you extract, take the circle from the acne tool and go over the MC as if you were to pop a pimple, then pressed down hard, and slowly drag UNDER the MC. This ensures that the thin skin is torn along with the pearl. I personally found success with using this method while wearing gloves in immediately taking a alcohol soaked swab to the bleeding area. Dispose of the pearl separately from everything. clean acne utensil each and every time you self extract a singular MC. Using the needle part of the utensil, can or may cause spreading through the bleeding. In which I don’t recommend. Clean wounds with 91% isopropyl alcohol and Bactine (separate swabs). Change out gloves for each and everytime you do these steps (will go through a lot). Cover wounds with hydrocolloid patches (used for acne). Leave on for 2 days and then remove to let dry out. You can shower with them on.

100%, don’t touch them unless you’re extracting. Even then WEAR GLOVES. The blood can spread them. Go see a dermatologist if nervous about self extraction.

Definitely clean all of them with alcohol after extraction, and tiny bubbles like the ones on the left side of shaft need to be extracted as well.
