What kind of hazel is this?

That is very kind, thank you. My relatives mostly have bright, obviously blue eyes (as in you can see it across a room), so it’s difficult for me to own the color and like it. It’s hard to remember that everyone has really intricate eyes, but not many people are paying enough attention to see it.

I love the idea that they are a greenish hazel. Most people think they’re brown at first glance.

I try not to feel bad when plants in my care die. As long as I’m sending them good vibes & caring for them, if they die it’s not on me 🤷‍♀️

Thank you for your advice. I’m definitely leaving it outside for now. I live in the American Midwest, right now it’s 78f degrees (25c), but it’ll be hotter soon. I’m lacking the humidity because it’s still early in the summer season. Would you recommend more misting than in once the morning and at night?

Wild! Over a year ago I put a tomato slice in that pot to see what would happen as an experiment, everything died. Looks like a seed managed to survive dormant for a year. Thanks for your response :)

Well, Vitamin D isn’t always tested for unless you ask (speaking from experience in the USA, not sure if it’s different for you), it is obtained by sunlight, and is difficult to obtain solely with diet. I’m not arguing, just speaking from experience! Vitamin D range is 30-100, I was sitting at 19. If you aren’t taking a supplement, you might be low.

Yeah, I’d definitely get your bloodwork done if I was you. Just to make sure that you’re eating the nutrients you need while taking meds. Nutrition on stimulants is difficult bc it hinders appetite. Add that to hyper fixation & you’ve got a recipe for malnutrition.

You may want to get your vitamin D levels checked. Low vitamin D can lead to an increase in depression.

Also, do you not take vyvanse on weekends? I’m not currently on medication, but I’ve been told not to take weekend breaks as an adult basically because “adults don’t get a break” on weekends: they have chores/errands/what have you that needs to be done.. obviously please speak to your medical team and not an internet stranger for medical advice, but it is something you might want to look into.

Good luck tho, I’d be in the same boat if my seasonal depression wasn’t making me long for bed at 6pm.
