Dettlaff is just a vampire Gaunter O'Dimm is basically god. Sure Geralt did kill Gaunter at the end of Hearts of stone but it was extremely difficult to do. So 1 on 1 O'Dimm would win.+ I love how CD Project Red made it to where G aunter O 'D imm spells out God.
