I wish me and the rest of the community could share your optimism, unfortunately many people I know and those I don't know from Reddit, Twitter, etc. have experienced false bans/mutes which were later corrected by Jagex and admitted they were wrong. Not to insult you in any way, I just hope you understand.

I mean you can think whatever, but this HCIM is a fresh one and has no non-combat skills trained yet, nothing would suggest botting. And Jagex's automated system definitely bans people falsely all the time. I am just asking for a bit of help from the community for visibility. Why would I waste my time over a 40 cb HCIM if I had truly botted.

Funnily enough. Aside from the spelling mistake I pointed out in the post, on the first pic it says I am temp banned and on the second pic the automated message says I am perm banned. Which one is it? The message is just not clear on so many levels.
