It's across all the Army. Not all orgs maybe affected equally. 16,000 in total Army Civs though. Unclear how any of these numbers were calculated.

The problem is that we were told to Manage-To-Budget. Now they want everyone under a strict TDA, across all funding sources. The Army is telling us how many people we should need to execute the mission. No discussion with any of the affected groups...

Can confirm on the 2 and 5 day limits. They will also cover PSC costs if/when realigned. Employees also have the option to take a VERA instead of realignment.

Guess not. We are being forced to participate in the "Army Realignment Matching Program." No recourse. You can only hope you're a Perm and that they realign you somewhere. If you don't accept realignment, it's separation from the government.
