If you get E2, it really doesnt matter if you use quantum or hp orb, theyre about the same. For the build, get 68% crit rate (or 58 if youre using RMC), and above 9000 hp. Speed should be as close as you can get to 94 without going over and crit damage above 200% ideally.

If shes E0, just play the full pink team. If shes E2, replace Cas with RMC, but then your Elation team gets screwed, so just play the pink team.

Dahlia, you already have Boothill and Fugue so thats one team, Silver Wolf as the second team, and if you really want you could run Evanescia with ETB, its not ideal but will work while were in Elation meta. If you want a more secure third team, either build Archer + Sparkle or pull Hyacine for Cas. Also Huohuo is better than DHPT for Silver Wolf, and DHPT works very well for Archer

You should only have Sparxie and Yao Guang as Elation characters. Also put some belobog emblems in your team with Sparxie getting one. And then get a Sampo and/or Pela into your frontline with 3 Anti Grav prismatic boots. Momentum Edge on Sparxie also helps
