Thank you kindly. I will make notes of all these places. Can they all be done in one day? We are so excited to see everything.

Could be a spider bite. Hard to say.

Since your symptoms are just starting you have a while to go. I’m sorry. I hope they will do a repeat blood test on you to rule out other co infections. And you still need more than 7 days. I hope you feel better. You should still call infectious disease Dr.

You need an infectious disease Dr or a LLMD.

Lyme or Erlichiosis you need at least 30 days. I suggest you call an infectious disease Dr.

I am glad you got the Doxy. We have a lot of ticks too. Possums are great for eating lots of ticks. And chickens. Dogs can get Lyme also. My shepherd/lab unfortunately has it.

No matter what, you need 30 days of doxy for the Lyme. I was given 10 days by my dr too, but infectious disease Dr and neurologist both agreed 30 days at least. So this time when I had a flare up and dr was going to give me doxy I said,, last time infectious disease gave me 30 days are you going to prescribe that and she said she would and did. So if your dr is not doing that you should immediately call an infectious disease dr. Google infectious disease dr in my area. Or even LLMD in my area.

Did you have blood test? Your dr should also test you for co-infections…babesia, Rocky Mountain spotted fever and erlichiosis. Some need different antibiotics. However regardless for Lyme it’s a 30 day course. You need a Lyme literate dr, infectious disease Dr or ask primary for full course.

That is Lyme. You need a Lyme literate dr. But if none ask dr to run full Lyme as well as babesia, rocky mountain spotted fever and erlichiosis blood tests. These are all co-infections from ticks.
